Dear Parents,
Just some details that a couple of parents have asked for. The race is at the Royal Welsh Show Ground, Llanelwedd, Builth Wells.
Further details from the organisers are:-
CAR & COACH PARKING
Indicated on the map attached,
Please use the**Llanelwedd entrance**
All parents to use this car park – there are to be NO CARS/BUSES on the showground – schools please disseminate this information to parents – it is your responsibility.
There are toilets close to the start and finish, and teams will be asked to gather and remain in the stand unless competing.
This will also provide some shelter for your school and give you a great view of the finish.
There will be tea/coffee available to purchase for staff and parents.
