The Llanfyllin Cluster Cross country was held yesterday with all of KS 2 travelling to the Llanfyllin School to compete against other schools from the cluster. It was horrible conditions and the pupils showed amazing resilience, sportsmanship and stamina to complete the wet, slippery, trainer sucking course in cold, damp foggy weather.
Thank you to Mrs Whilding for taking down all of the scores, the parents for their support and our wonderful students for their encouragement to pupils from all schools.
All pupils who competed will have the opportunity to compete at Newtown on the 26th April.
Thank you to you parents for your understanding of the very muddy trainers and clothing that returned with the pupils (mine are still drying out)
