Dear Parents,

Please find attached the leavers design proof and the colours and sizes for the jumpers. 

A hard copy of the order form has been sent home with the pupils. Please can you send in your order, by email johnl253@hwbcymru.net or by completing the form and sending it in, by Friday 8^th at the latest.
